Cancelation policy
We have a strict cancellation and reschedule policy.
If you have to cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the total services booked.
If you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 4 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the total services booked.
No-shows are charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled.
